A Little Coin

There is only a washing machine downstairs for fourteen apartments which you have to pay to use and plug the cord into use your electricity. So it was decided quite quickly that I would go to a laundromat to do my washing.

To wash a load, in cold water is four dollars fifty; and to dry that load can take between three and four dollars. I am okay with that, considering it doesn't take that long and if I am quick I can get in and have all my washing down within an hour.

So I store coins in a little spice jar from IKEA. It is perfect for storing loose change. I may even begin to use it for my five dollar notes; if I decide to start saving them again.

Used for the prompt COIN on Photo A Day August.
